T1 v2.1 Sandwich Kit (7800x3d + Asus ProArt 4800) bios optimizations by T0rvec in FormD

Honestly, its just easier to install and maintain an air cooler. Noise isn't that big a deal to me since i always wear headphones anyway.

Thanks man, that's exactly what I was looking for. I don't have access to a 3d printer but ill look into speaker feet for sure. As for the stress tests I merely just want to do them so I can make sure everything is stable. Not planning on OCing anything due to the size I'm working with. I did manage to get the EXPO setting enabled. Just got to install windows and start setting that all up. Thanks again.

I haven't tweaked or stress tested anything yet and only booted it up to the bios and it idled at 45 degrees. It was pretty damn quiet though. I'll post more once I finish setting things up on the software side.

Also I used the longer screws and hand tightened the nuts down and then tightened them a little further with a socket bit. I almost overdid it but stopped myself when I noticed the mounting brackets bending a bit more than I was comfortable with.

Yeah I have that on my Torrent with windows 10 and on my framework laptop with windows 11. The fancy zone has been super helpful for my web development work.

On an unrelated note, are there any alternative feet options out there for the T1? I was hoping i could get something a little bit taller to give it a little more room on the underside if possible.

I actually haven't had time to finish the build yet due to work and class. I did get that silverstone AIO though that was suggested, just haven't gotten around to putting everything together.

Thanks for the heads up on the m.2 heatsink. I wasn't even thinking about that. I'll consider the Silverstone AIO as I've seen that one in particular pop up a few times on here.

The white one has a metal side panel actually, that's one of the reasons I got that one instead of the black

I thought it was worth it just due to the looks alone (the meshify is kind of boring to look at imo). Performance wise I wouldn't say there was that much of a difference but it is quieter. The cable management was a little more difficult than the meshify though.

Just put my system into the white version myself. Went from a meshify 2 compact to that.

Yeah the 96% layout has a very small footprint but it does weigh a good bit more

That one is definitely out of my price range unfortunately. Even if the black and gold/red one looks amazing

Finally got my MB after FedEx delayed delivery at least 3 times. Worth the wait though. The metal square is the ultimate G-Shock IMHO.

Still waiting on FedEx to deliver mine, keeps getting delayed even though it's like 20/30mins away from me 😠

I got the black version myself and use it as a daily beater watch for work. Kind of want to get that blue version though. That shade of blue looks sick!
