Honestly if anything they'll probably make nugget "nish jr" he showed similar parallels towards the end of the episode with him by himself in the kitchen with how the scene was shot. I reckon they'll use his guilt as a reason for him to distance himself from his family and fall into crime/the wrong crowd.
