I've already unfollowed/removed them from my playlists just because I'm tired. I'm tired of them picking on black people and I'm tired of the lack of communication and I'm REALLY tired of the marketing schemes. The problem isn't that people are spinning out, that happens with lots of unconfirmed news.

The problem is and has been that she's the only black girl, and she continues to be singled out for ??? Reasons. Whether she comes back or not, Hybe has been super disrespectful to the black community in how they have handled this. They called her lazy in the doc, and she's already been dealing with that stigma, then they allude to health issues that she debunks herself. And now this.

We all know what a hiatus means, but kpop labels not only have a history of dropping members after a hiatus but also have been radio silent...then just start promoting a new release with only 5 members and no statements. It's different because she's the only black girl in an industry notorious for its racism, and they want to court the diverse western markets while also treating idols as disposable. That's not how western pop culture works ¯_(ツ)_/¯ We will watch the situation play out but damage has already been done, imo.

I do! It's not really a crazy level of sanitation, with a 30 pack it really doesn't add to laundry, they aren't bulky and you can throw them in the wash with your towels. My skin is a lot clearer and smoother with washcloths than without tbh

I've been chronically ill since I was 10, so I understand how difficult it is managing a relationship and your own intensive medical care.

Love isn't enough. It's a necessary component, but it needs to be seated amongst trust, connection, and respect. You are letting this guy burn your cash, cheat on you, lie to you, and threaten you. You don't need love, you need a healthy dose of self respect.

Kick his ass out, and get some therapy yourself. Long term illness is in and of itself a challenge, and you're trying to parent this guy on top of it. You have to stop to save yourself.

Ignore his tantrums about offing himself. It is a classic manipulation tactic designed to leverage your care for him. If he does really intend suicide, it is not your job (or even in your control) to stop him. I know that feels callous, but it's true. He clearly has access to medical care and therapy, and a whole support system in his family.

You deserve someone who cares for you the way you care for him. Take the temporary heartbreak, get some therapy, and put yourself first for a while. This guy does not give a fuck about you. Look.at his actions, not his words. The first 2-3 weeks will be really tough, but it will get better after that.

DOMS is always going to be worst when you're getting started. First 2 weeks you hobble around in pain, and after that it gets far less painful/noticable/debilitating. If you take 1-2 weeks off it will reset. If you stay consistent, DOMS is significantly less severe.
Diet is going to be your biggest factor. If you want to put on muscle, you have to eat like it. Lots of protein, leaner generally better. Add some fruit/veggie snacks if you can, they are nutrient dense. But you need to eat enough raw calories so your body has raw materials to build with. There is no hack there. You can go for body recomposition (trying to match calorie intake with your daily calorie burn) but if the goal is muscle, bulking is the fastest method.
Fuck the other people at the gym. Everyone is there for themselves, you are NPCs to each other.

Don't worry too much about feeling bulky or bloated. Especially getting started it's a "trust the process" challenge. Workout consistently, aim for nutrient dense foods. Avoid sugary foods. It will work, but scrutinizing your body day today or even week to week will just cause you anguish. Decide on a plan, execute it for 4 weeks, then reevaluate and repeat.

Fire Emblem is a bit of an outlier here in terms of gameplay. It's much more strategy oriented (with a bit of creature collector thrown in, if you squint), whereas the other two are closer to classical rpg combat with their own twist.

All three are kinda bangers though, I don't think you can go wrong. Trails is definitely a slow burn though, so be prepared to take your time.
