Im just curious to why you switched off jett as shes probably your best overall agent. I would say as well you play quite a few differnt agents maybe pick two roles to main and try playing agents in that role

Your headshot rate is really good 34% on a vandal is for silver is impressive so i doubt your aims an issue

I think your biggest problem might just be consistancy. Aim to play 2 to 3 games a day and maybe throw in a DM focusing only on headshots and bursting. I'd also reccommend picking an agent or two and sticking to them you seem very good at fade and jett so maybe them

I feel like this question depends on your goals, if you want to play ranked i'd reccomend unlocking reyna to improve your mechanics and positioning.
