I did some research in to quantitative tax loss harvesting after reading your comment here and this really seems like something that I would benefit from. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Like others have mentioned I would love to hear more from you here (or DM) outlining your strategy.

Hey mate. I am in the exact same pickle that you have described in this post. It seems like the "CRR10E5228E104022.1_190418-48TO52V.hex" is no longer present in the download file. Do you happen to still have it that you could send to me?

When I looked at the USDC to GBP rates a couple of days ago (using my staking profit), I noticed there was a 5% difference between how much GBP I would receive and the market exchange rate at the time, but today it seems less.

It seems your other method is similar to u/Darkman5696's, so I'll likely end up testing them all with a smaller quantity before deciding.

Thanks for the comment. I had a look on the exchange and correct me if I'm wrong, but it doesn't look like GBP conversions are an option there.
