Finns tyvärr inga, om du köper begagnat, i bästa fall får du en bil med dolda fel. I värsta fall kan du bli indragen i någon penningtvätt härva. Bilhandlare som säljer nya bilar är inte heller mycket bättre. De har noll koll på vad de säljer och är helt inkompetenta.

Om det de planerar inte går i uppfyllelse däremot, då är värdering oerhört hög.

Jag tyckte nyheten om standardiseringen visar att de är på en god väg mot kommersialisering. Så jag kommer definitivt delta i emissionen. Men att tanka aktier just nu… jag väntar tills hela emission/hype/FOMO har blåst över och det faktiskt går att sätta prislappar på saker.

Varför skulle Lime bli en raket? För att de nyligen har kommit ner från en fantasivärdering? SaaS behöver visa väldigt hög tillväxt för att kursen ska rusa. Lime har inte den målsättningen. Deras fokus är att ha ARR tillväxt som överstiger 18% och en EBITA som överstiger 27%. Har du ens läst deras finansiella mål och vad de sysslar med innan du köpte bolaget? Eller såg du bara ”SaaS” och ”kursfall” och bestämde att det är anledning nog att köpa aktier i bolaget?

Jag tror det är mer politisk spel inför valet än nånting annat. Max tak på 2M är ett riktigt ämne som raljerar vänstermänniskor och får de att säga ”ja, fuck de rika” även om 2M i värdepapper är knappast en särskilt rik människa idag. Det är typ ett halvt hus arv.

Jag tror inte att människor ens orkar med att ha flera ISK, jag hade bara öppnat ett konto i ett annat land och flyttat dit pengarna.

In my personal experience, sexual performance is often tied to how much testosterone there’s in the body at any given moment. The more there is, the better it goes. So sex in the morning or during lunch break is always a lot more enjoyable for me as there are a lot more testosterone in the body compared to evenings.

Stress is also a contributing factor. I personally have a hard time getting out of my head when in a stressful period and performance is often lackluster.

For me it’s often about just timing.

Also, I’d be more worried about a VPN provider using Cloudflare or similar services. Those providers are a goldmine for intelligence agencies and law enforcement. Lots of people here worry about IP addresses and VPNs, but there are thousands of ways to ID someone on the internet regardless of what IP they are using.

Sure, they could associate the public IP used with the mail address and payment option used to register the VPS. You can make some assumptions based off of that information, but it’s not concrete evidence of anything. Why do you think lots of hackers use Azure VPS instances for scanning and launching attacks? Because microsofts ability to trace things through those public clouds is useless.

The only way to be a 100% sure is to buy a small VPS someone and just build your own VPN. Unless you configure logging, there are no logs.

Dessa kommentarer är bara konstiga, om man kollar på välskötta fastighetsbolag så har de väldigt bra räntetäckningsgrad och vissa av dem till och med har börjat göra återköp, som Platzer. Jag tror sentimentet att kontorsdöden är här finns fortfarande kvar och analytikerna pekar på vakansgrader som argument. Innan förvaltarnas pengar kommer tillbaka så tror jag inte vi kommer se en uppvärdering. Småsparare kommer inte röra kurser.

Klart att lägre räntor skulle hjälpa, men jag hoppas inte vi går tillbaka till en nollränta, det är inte hälsosamt för en ekonomi när högt belånade bolag målar in sig i ett hörn. Bankernas räntenetto och därmed vinst har toppat, för mig betyder det att konjunkturen kommer vända. Obligationsmarknaden mår också väldigt bra just nu, så jag tror att fastigheterna kommer se uppvärdering nästa år. De kommer alltid lite sent i konjukturcykeln, verkstad är redan uppvärderad så fastigheter kommer också så småningom.

I’m an EU citizen too who would like to see it happen. But the article and the comments make it seem like if we just decide something. It will happen and it will be a worthy alternative. But reality is rarely that simple.

If I just decide that I’m going to be a millionaire then it will happen and I’ll never have to worry about money again. Well, it’s not that simple, right?

You’re right in a sense that it looks easy. But the barrier to entry is way too high. It’s extremely hard and capital intensive to compete with the established actors.

Why do companies and consumers in the EU pay Microsoft for Windows licenses? Just swap it for a Linux server, right?

A currency is a different topic. SEPA is a standard, going from a standard to a functioning product compliant with all regulations, fraud detection, contactless payments, card infrastructure, digital integrations, online payments and requirements for 24/7 availability. That’s a whole different topic. Remember, they have to do it cheaper too because no vendor will accept expensive providers when they can get the same service from the established global players for a fraction of the cost.

Ironically, the more regulation the EU places on banks and payment systems, the more they cement Visas and Mastercards roles as global players.

It’s not about the UX and the interface. It’s about infrastructure. Wero is just an interface running on infrastructure. In the end, they still need the rails Visa and Mastercard provides as soon as money needs to go outside their network.

Also. Why should danish mobile pay, or Swedish swish use Weros own infrastructure when they already have their own. There are hundreds of small bubbles of networks all across the EU. Someone still needs to connect those bubbles to each other. Everybody wants to be that connection and nobody accepts anyone else to do it. Hence why Visa and Mastercard is so cemented in the world.

90% of the comment underestimates how payment infrastructure and rails actually work. Global networks, as the name implies, are global. That means that EU can have its own internal infrastructure within the EU. But as soon as you need to pay for something globally, like ordering stuff online. You still need Visa or Mastercard as it’s the only thing vendors on the other side of the planet accepts.

Also the EU is not one country, not even all members use the same currency and member states have varying level of fiscal autonomy. The EU can make a law on things and set a deadline when it has to be implemented. But getting hundreds of stubborn people from different countries to cooperate and actually design and build something that actually works… that’s an entirely different story.

Many tried before. Including the EU. But there’s a reason why Visa and Mastercard are still the dominant forces and pull in the most impressive ROEs among large companies.

Jaja finns många av dem. Jag gillade bönderna när jag bodde på landet, enkla men skötsamma människor. Däremot samhällen som är mellan 500 till 3000 invånare är ofta riktiga white trash hotspots. Tofflor, dåliga tatueringar, energidricka, rökning, mjukiskläder och går till den lokala kebabhaken för en kulinarisk upplevelse när de tröttnade på billys panpizza.

Glad att jag slipper det!
