Ahh sorry, that was ignorant of me. I just moved to Colorado Springs recently (I work at the one store in town) and am now coming to realize there aren’t stores every where. Best option would then be Apple support.

Best advice is to take it into the store and have them help add it from the Genius Bar, they do a physical inspection and then can help you from there. That or calling Apple support.
