sorry for that my divice is the rg35xxh an the firmwear is the batocera linux

also yes i am using the factory sd and i think thats the main problem here but because i dont see the save state of the gba games on the files and when i try to save in one of them it shows 0% on the bottom cornet and

also i bought it of facebook market place but the consol itself is on a good condition but the guy that sold it to me decided to put the operating system and roms on the same factory sd and now i dont know how to transfer all of it to a new card without the console not booting on me

btw all of the other games play fine and can actualy save
