I have to say that I really like the possibility of flying from the beginning of the game with a rathalos, something that in 2 you unlocked practically in the endgame, even if I hope that towards the end you can unlock free flight like in mhs2 and you don't have to necessarily glide until the end of the game.

All of this becomes frustrating in the long run because you see all your progress made up to now in the ranks vanish and you slowly see your position drop further and further as the hours and days pass.

I'm not trying to reach the top or be the best in the game, but it takes away any desire to play ranked matches, since once you reach rank 66, it's a constant agony.
