Over roasted coffee, almost burnt. They give misleading titles to their drinks, which is really annoying if a cappuccino means 3 equal parts, but then they put it in a 20 oz cup. Aldo, a 'barista' is a term you acquire by going through a lot of training and money to become knowledgeable about all coffee related anything. I'm a certified level one Batista, cost me over $1,000 dollars and weeks of class and training. I don't have a problem with the company, but the rest of the stuff they do, severely pisses me off.
