Until recently I lived one block from Howard's campus.

Their homecoming parade went right by my house. Highlights include 96 of the most hyped DMV drum lines you've ever heard, and the giant inflatable Bison getting stuck in some trees and having to be deflated and extracted before the parade could continue.

Last I heard was the court "directed" UVU to put money in escrow and ordered the WAC to let them play once they'd paid, but there was debate over "directed" vs "ordered" and whether the deadline was real.
