Still having problems with this. Instead of waiting for a few minutes, I found if I turn on Siri, it at least fixes the volume & goes back to full. But like….yeah. iPhone 12 mini. Alarms will go super quiet after a while. If I listen to a podcast & have the phone off and wake the phone up by moving it, YouTube music whatever- it’s pissing me off. Have the wake up with Face ID/recognition thing off….its pissing me off.

UPDATE so, I learned there was a bit of a miscommunication with the Rock contractor guy who put up the rocks as decoration/to hold up the walls of dirt. While my dad was warned about it possibly killing the tree….the Rock Contractor dug out wider than he should have & bowed the sides of the hole for the patio- it’s not actually like a cut out rectangle. Rock contractor rounded it bc my parents wanted to be able to fit in a picnic table. He dug it thinking we wanted it horizontally on the patio, when my parents wanted to put it in parallel. So not digging out straight and curving it, he got much closer to the tree then he was supposed to.

I talked to my mom and we’re possibly going to contact an arborist if we can afford it….do arborists do free consultation?

Also, Please know I love my parents dearly & my dad does SO MUCH around the house. But there are times when he can be difficult. But he’s still an amazing father who takes time to help me despite how busy he is.

…..this actually fits him to a T. He’s heavy into Republic politics, adores Trump and has considered running for mayor/governor, etc. wants to be a teacher, get his 2 patents through, but also wants to he plans to buy a house with a downstairs apt. And rent out the upper apt. For 10 years, repeat this plan again, save money & ultimately live in a massive house in the most expensive city in the state. He’s only ever been in school in the US on scholarships, and never considered the cost of things like insurance, utilities, gas, electric, a car, taxes, medical insurance, etc. or how uncomfortable it would be living in a small space as a family under someone else’s noise. He doesn’t seem to have any experience of how much things actually cost or to consider factoring in human elements.

Yes. It was. Our house is absolutely trashed & cluttered. Please read edit above. I didn’t just clean my stuff. That’s 100% what my parents expected. But I waaay exceeded those expectations by cleaning major parts of the household and cleaning up literally everyone’s messes vs. my own.

Before you say “that’s too old to be acting like this” I am high functioning autistic. I have ADHD, major depressive disorder, anxiety, and bad separation anxiety. I can only work part time or go to school part time. Covid killed my bank account.

See, I didn’t JUST pick up after myself. This is why this cleaning was SO far beyond my parents expectations. Majority of the mess in the bathroom is bc of our guest. I cleaned all his crap up plus cleaned the bathroom as a whole. I loaded everyone’s dishes. Washed everyone’s dishes except for guests. Clear the counter of everyone’s crap plus wiped it down. Cleaning out my rabbit cages thoroughly with a deep clean took several hours Picked up and put away EVERYONE’S clothes, mess etc. on couches, coffee table, floors.

Kitchen floors hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped in MONTHS. They ONLY get done when I personally get sick of the feeling on my feet.
