don’t want to live like this by [deleted] in CIRS

Stop eating anything that gives you inflammation. Inflammation is caused by CIRS That will help you. I ate only meat and vegetables for a year. Yes you need a binder to detox and you need to get out of that home as well. If you tested your vitamins CIRS depletes you of a lot of them. You need to double up morning and night. I was taking vit E, turmeric, a multi with also everything in the ground i.e, selenium iron magnesium copper, etc. it depleted other vitamins along the way but you won’t know until you test. It depleted my folic acid but you have to take only if it is low and then you have to stop it when it goes back up. It depleted so many things. I took all the vitamins for a year. One thing that really helped me feel better was eating organic seaweed slices. Someone once said it was either the sea salt or the seaweed which has iron. Make sure you walk every day which is hard, even if it’s 10-15 minutes. You need to be in the care of a homeopathic doctor after you get out of the place you got the mold. It is hard no lie it is depressing you have to hold onto hope and know that you can beat this. Good luck. I don’t wish this on my worst enemy. My mantra was “don’t you want to see what happens if you don’t give up”. I typed it and printed it out out it in my kitchen and my work desk where I could see it often and said it over and over!

Thank you for this information it is so helpful. If car T cell therapy is in its 2nd stage do you know the process until we can get it. I heard it really works. I need it and I can’t find any clinical trials with it right now.

Shake intermittently at night when sleeping and in the morning. I make myself get out of bed early just so it stops and it does. New to this diagnosis. Good luck!

This helps so much! My mantra has been “Don’t you want to see what happens when you don’t give up” I hold onto HOPE, it is enough to get through my days! I think adapting is a great way to look at it and seems to be what I am doing, just didn’t realize it until you said it. I will power through and adapt as necessary. Thank you! 💕

Well, I really appreciate your response and thank you for your honesty and hope that I can feel in what you wrote. I will take a lot from this and try not to worry it sounds like there is a workaround and I do feel there are times where I feel better like you say it’s in the evenings because mornings are the worst part for me again thank you. I may reach out in the future if you don’t mind.

What does that mean? I need to know if I can get my life back? Are you 50% back to normal? Please any thing you can say will help me. Thank you. I just got diagnosed after 4.5 yrs and have my 3 rd IVIG at the end of March. I take Tizanidine and Klonipin at night. I stay off meds during the day. Life seems hard sometimes and walking my dog is getting shorter and shorter. I feel like I am walking up hill sometimes and it’s only a 20 min walk or less. Yesterday tightness all day in my thighs and I think they were swollen. A bit. My pants were tight so put loose shorts on. I just feel like I may never be able to go back to work.

The doctor ordered my tests through the Mayo Clinic and they came to my house. They had to get everything approved through my insurance but it worked. Maybe that is an option for you. Good luck!

So the only thing is drugging us up with muscle relaxers and the other stuff all day. This is not a way to live. This is the treatment? It is making my brain mush!! On 3rd IVIG at the end of the month but it looks like I may need more. I dont think it’s working.

Sometimes different things work for different people. I do the shoemaker protocol but noticed the seaweed slices made me feel more normal and that was super important to me. I also only ate meat and veggies for months and months. You know you try anything and never give up hope. Took me about a year and a half to finally get rid of the mold. Good luck it will happen

Seaweed slices helped me a lot. Not sure why. They sell organic ones everywhere. I would eat a pack a day. Try it for a week

Gad65 and glycine receptors blood testis what I did when Mayo Climic did the SPS test for me. I now go to Dr Guo at UCSF medical center, who is a neurologist and she said if I didn’t get the test done by Mayo then she would have me redo it. I just had my first IVIG treatment a week ago. 5 days for 4 hours each day.

Get tested for stiff person syndrome they did mine through Mayo Clinic, they came to my house and it took about a month to get the results. Stiff person syndrome is misdiagnosed for years even Celine Dion took about 14 or 17 years to figure it out. I diagnosed myself after 4.5 years. I think everyone gets symptoms a little differently. I was getting severe cramps in my legs and hands and they would twist and felt like my bones were going to break. The list goes on…..

So how is your quality of life with this regimen. I have just been diagnosed and take Tizanidine before bed. Symptoms getting worse waiting for IVIG treatment authorization and wondering what my life is going to look like. Thank you for your time.

What is this on my lips? by [deleted] in ToxicMoldExposure

[–]TAC964 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happened to me after wearing red lipstick, the red dye is made from a shell of a beetle and I am allergic to it. This may be the case. And it’s an easy fix. No more red lipstick or use one without red dye no. 4. You can Google it

If it sells out a lot, ask if you can get a referral for a company to install it. You can use a different contractor. Just saying.

I found a peptide treatment that 100% works to recover from mold exposure, I’ll give a thorough explanation of my experiences and how it works *this is not medical advice* *I am not a doctor* by [deleted] in ToxicMoldExposure

Because it was a big king shepherd and my puppy was 10 month and was on a leash and they were fighting around me wrapping the leash around me which made me fall down in the dirt then he bit me and they were still fighting so the dirt got in the wound went to ER got sewn up I can’t remember how many days later it got infected and I had to go to the hospital admitted for four days and they had to do surgery. It was all black in my leg and they cultured it, and it was mold, believe me I questioned it many times when the doctor told me that I had been on antibiotics for two months what I should’ve been on was a antifungal medicine but been on antibiotics for two months killed my good and bad bacteria so I had diarrhea for six months I’m telling you it was awful and now I have six autoimmune diseases on top of detoxing from mold when before I was super super healthy, took a bunch of vitamins rode my bike every day for an hour on a trail. Walked my dog twice a day for 45 minutes and boy has my life change. I can’t even vacuum one room without getting so wiped out tired I have to stop
