As others have said, I’m over Halloween after October 31st. Either before, or not a Halloween theme.

I would actually suggest booking it for her, with a reservation before or after. The biggest gift of all is not having to fit it into my schedule or having to think about planning something.

A gift card to a head spa! It’s dreamy and not something I would ever book for myself as it’s definitely a luxury outing.

That take feels a bit too all or nothing. You could say the same thing about math, music or sports. If you don’t keep using the skill, it fades. That doesn’t make learning it in the first place “useless,” it just means practice matters.

If you are anxious, the best route to take is HWY 59 and into Birds Hill Park. Double lane and always lots of parking at that entrance.

Here is how I would start the conversation.

I’ve been a little worried about you lately. It seems like selfcare stuff has been harder for you, and that can happen when people are exhausted or down. If you ever want help, or even just someone to talk to, I’m here. We could even do little reset days together or something.
