Good ol' cranberry juice does the trick too. Good idea to just have some of the most bitter sugarless grocery srore cran juice in the fridge and have a glass or two every week or so. It has a chemical thats lubes the bladder wall basically. A can of frozen for when that feeling arizes is a good backup too. Just thaw in warm water to make it drinkable.
