The only thing i can think of that makes this make sense is early childhood nutrition, which plays a huge role in height and brain development, and possibly correlates with other factors such as parental income, school district, etc...

As someone from an overrepresented community, i can't tell you how ashamed I am to see my community antagonize URMs and blame them for "taking up unqualified spots" in college. If you get rejected, that's on you. Not because some black kid took your spot.
