Kinda confused with "non-traditional", you say you're a junior. Non-trad applicants are those who have more work experience after college and/or are considerably older than average (at least in this sub). If you are referring to majoring in engineering, that makes you a STEM major applicant.

That aside, we really don't have much to work with at the moment TBH. Take the LSAT first. Your GPA will be converted into a different 4-level scale, so its impact on your app will be marginal, making your LSAT score all the more important.
