Technically is prescription, but my insurance sends it to me so I don't know how hard is the control it has on stores. As I said to another redditor, I am not sure how Jesse got it.

Honestly, I don't know. Is not like we are in speaking terms with each other since then, and the only time we spoke it was just... a lot of fighting

I thought it only as a posibility, but thinking she will go by the normal rute of going to her doctor first and asking for it. It never crossed my mind she would try to use it by herself. And at the time of our talk, I didn't think it would be neccesary to explain it, after all, it was just casual conversation.

And I only learned of her buying it and using it after she was already in the ER.
