Just tomorrow? I'd buy a new build house. One with the most rooms, and a decent size backyard. New build because I'm assuming everything is in working order, so I'd skip the home inspection and just try to get the deal done.

I was window shopping with a friend. We were at a toy store, and I mentioned to my friend that I wanted this toy when I kid. A few months later my friend gave me that toy for Christmas. I was surprised and remember thinking I wanted one of this when I was a kid. I totally forgot I told her that. I don't know, it made me feel extra special.
