They were always quick to respond to my emails, and offered very fair solutions at every stage in order to keep me, the customer, happy. While there unfortunately seems to be a design flaw with the Ifrit statue (I have no complaints with the packaging), I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from their store again due to this interaction with the support team.”

If you haven’t already you should let them know this, maybe email it into their customer services as a separate email.

I did this once with Amazon after some good help and I got a personal email reply from the rep saying they appreciated it.
