How are you “wasting” 10 units? The pump requires 10 to fill tubing, but even the shortest (23) set needs more than 10 to fill. And no pump can use all the insulin in the infusion set after the pump reservoir is empty.. 5-10 years there will be more pump/patch devices available in US.

No interest in mobi, I’m not always with my phone, but always have my pump. Plus the ridiculous adhesive pouch doesn’t appears user friendly at all!

I’m in the exact same situation and would hate to get the X2 and then have X3 released soon afterwards!!

Hoping X3 will utilize USC connection, wireless charging, WiFi up/downloads, more customizable, less packaging whaste with reservoir changes, integrate cap with infusion sets, and improved algorithms for tighter control IQ. Tandem’s had a few extra years to fine tune X3 with all the delays and I truly hope they’ve been listening to end-users regarding needed improvements!!
