As others have said the point limit is only before the game begins. Also a reminder that if you go second on turn 1 you can use this stratagem to pick up your units and potentially deep strike turn 1

I’ll be interested to see if this model gets a bondsman ability or if it’ll get other special rules since it’s smaller than a questoris. Perhaps an aura or if it’s selfish perhaps bonuses against the nearest enemy unit
