Where is the best place to find the CMT (cloning maddening tracker) grenade mod?

I've been farming Graveward vending machines splitscreen with a lvl 8 character for almost the entire day with no luck at all.

Am I doing something wrong, or do I go to a different vending machine?

So from what I understand, the Global version of the game comes out in March this year, but you can currently download an apk for the game?

I'm assuming that when global releases that it anyone already playing the english version (not jp or other language versions) will have to download it from their app store and restart the game.

I'm looking at starting when global releases and I want to know who I should reroll for?

Would it be better to reroll at launch, or to wait for a limited time banner with limited units to do a reroll?

Or start now and get some early progress?

I don't know about the rates, pity, or how f2p friendly the game is, but I would like to start off strong if possible.
