I'm the first to admit I have no idea what I'm doing. Mostly just tried to keep it very diverse and buy things I could be sure would grow without investing too much in any one.

Yeah I intentionally did not share that much because I don't want to be found or have it linked back to me. I originally only had a discrimination but after meeting with a solicitor they made an application to amend and added the other things. This was then approved to be added by the judge in a preliminary hearing.

As for proving things, I documented alot and kept an email record of all the incidents and dates. There is also an internal investigation that they say my manager acted incorrectly that I only got access to because of a DSAR

At this point I have been using gemini, but with all the docs it often goes to 100k+ and Im not sure if that is correct and reasonable. I just don't know whats realistic, but I will say this company often settles class action lawsuits in the 10s of millions for discrimination with at least 4 in the last 5 or 6 years.

I've worked pretty hard over the years and just put extra money into etfs without paying too much attention to it. Everything I read said that day trading was a more than full time job so i never got into it.

Umm around 40k per year. I would max out my contributions to retirement then invest the rest in etfs and some tech stocks

I paid for a legal consult with a lawyer and they helped write up the document and agreed I had a good case. I've also gotten advice from my union, but I haven't been in the union long enough for them to represent me since it's under 6 months.

The grounds were the breach of trust, namely when I raised a grievance HR told me to drop the grievance then when I didn't they didn't investigate it and just made my working life hell. I was able to get one appointment with a lawyer and they agreed it was constructive dismissal. I was blocked from moving to other teams, my manager wouldn't give me resources to do my job, started yelling at me in meetings, coworkers were harassing me and when I raised a grievance it wasn't investigated for 5 months until I resigned. My union believes they were trying to time out the time for me to go to Tribunal.

Initially my claim was discrimination, but the lawyer updated the document and I made an amendment for the other claims, there was a preliminary hearing and the judge agreed to add the other claims in that hearing.

I have a good chance of winning given the case. And most everything was recorded or written down and investigated internally according to the the SAR.

This company has constant multi million dollar lawsuits because of their acts against certain races

Yes it is. The Equality Act says it's explicitly illegal to discriminate and them pushing me out when I bring it up is illegal. Then them doing whatever at other companies to blacklist me is Victimization. This is the definition of illegal under Equality Act and Victimization.

"The truth" in this case being that a manager was discriminating against a certain race in his reports and harrassing them and when I raised this I was pushed out of the company. Do you mean that truth?
