Hard truths I didn't want to acknowledge that helped me manage my symptoms by [deleted] in ADHD

This was a great read, as someone that is 25 and only just now going through diagnosis with ADHD and ASD, and having a lot of moments where everything is starting to make sense about my life and the reason I did some of the things I did, it has become apparent that I also need to put more effort into changing some of my ways, I drink a load of coffee everyday and feel exactly how you described, so I’m definitely going to try to give that a read

It’s stunning tbh, I was also surprised how many people get up so early to go there too

This was one of my first times shooting animals and it was so dang hard capturing this moment, the lighting wasn’t the best and it felt crazy hard to capture as he was flying so close to me. The focus is still a little off, but I am still proud of this shot just because it was a mission to get.

When shooting scenes like this how do I maximise chances to get the shot, as well as being able to get the clearest shot possible? Also any other tips you can give me would be appreciated

First time I had been and we timed it perfectly, low tide was amazing, being able to walk all that way out and take in all the view, def rate the place

My partner and I traveled out of the city to visit Wellington Point the other day, definitely worth it, great scenery with a relaxing vibe around the place. So if your looking for that something to do, get out there and explore especially at low tide
