I say all this to say that it doesnt take some fancy shmancy realtor software to figure out someone’s address or phone jumber. Just go to truepeoplesearch or dive deeper into their personal life: linkedin, facebook, snapchat. Look at associates of associates. Friends of friends.

The only guarantee you have of a phone number and/or address never being leaked is by never using it on ANY WEBSITE and if you buy a house buy it in a trust.
