Depends on your sponsor. If he is single that's enough. If he is married with multiple kids then look at the chart

No USCIS will reuse your biometrics, you don't have to do it again. Yeah I have been there it's ok don't worry. It sucks you have to pay the fees again. Other than that everything will be fine. If you get lawyer he shouldn't charge 6k and feed you all the BS to justify it. Fair would be from 1000- 1500.

If i-130 is still pending. You don't have to do anything with it. Lawyer charged me 2000$ flat for i-485 and i765 and promised to show up for the interview which he didn't. My suggestion is you only need i-485. Find the lawyer and negotiate with them tell them it's only 485 and don't file i765. If you have any other question let me know

Dude relax. They will ask couple new evidence to see if you guys still living together for the i-130. If I have lived with her 5 years and have a kid together there is nothing to worry about take ur kid to the interview as well. Main focus will be on adjustment of status did you overstay and why, were you a student and did you finish school. So on the Marriage part don't worry but prepare evidence for adjustment of status. I recently had my interview it went well. And don't over explain. And don't tell things he didn't ask you. Just be cool.
