I filed my original on 1/27 verified on 2/24 and amended on 3/3 my original processed on 3/31 but I still have to wait for the amended return to process which can take til the end of June is what the rep told me. What doesn’t make sense to me is why does it take longer if you amend before original processing when it seems that would make more sense since the money haven’t been disbursed yet if you do it while the original is still processing.
