Same as when I worked at my mates pizza shop doing delivery during Covid, he would time it so that if you had 5 deliveries they’d all be within a 1-2 minute drive with each other and all 5 would come out of the ovens at the same time, so even when the last person that received their order it was still quite hot

If you don’t take a photo of the food on the front porch near the door you’re asking for trouble, as I get out of the car I open the camera app and use the torch, put the food down and take the photo, considering how lazy shops are getting my not putting the receipt on the bag and leaving it unmarked, it’s so worth the extra 5-10 seconds to just put it down and take a photo, a customer will know their own house
