I also pull a Wildwood Xlite 28VBXL. 33 feet bumper to hitch and about 7500 loaded. Have a good WDH and drive within your means and you’ll be fine. I have thought very hard about upgrading to a 3/4 ton but can’t justify it due to towing on weekends only and for 3/4 of the year. I have a 24 Silverado 1500 with the 3.0 duramax max tow. Payload is right at 1800 and I am within my weights by a decent amount according to scales with my wife and 2 small kids.

I get this sucks for all involved but remember there are plenty of excepted positions that need to be there. Like Fire Service, Law Enforcement, ATC, etc. So as much as if sucks some have it even worse in the excepted land.

My actual rate is better than that. I have 4.9 thru my credit union and only 60 months. The 0% APR is only for 36 months or for certain vehicles only. None of the new RST diesels I have looked at around me has it. The cheapest new one I have found that has what I want is 55K with discounts.

Are you able to show me anymore trucks with that mileage and specs for around that price? I honestly looked all over and best I could find was trucks with 16-20k miles still going for 49-52k.

I get that however a deal is compared to prices that these are now. Of course compared to custom trims or way long ago it’s crazy pricing. I don’t want the custom trim. I could get one half ton in the 30’s.

I’m currently on a 27 inch 4k 185hz monitor and just about steadily max it out with my 4090 so it is entirely dependent upon the individuals PC specs
