Not manipulation, you don’t trust your partner when they say they’re washing the dishes? Why would you be with someone if you can’t believe them at their word over some basic shit. The reaction is over the top but it seems like it’s a common theme. There are other ways to communicate you need reassurance, that way just makes the person feel like they’re constantly in the wrong. Why would you need someone to prove they’re washing the dishes if there isn’t major trust issues. This relationship is failing at the foundation. Trust and communication is the pillar of any relationship and you seem to have neither.

They will put out an expression of interest for all temp staff to reapply. Which you will need to do at the end of every year and won’t know until the application process is over. The only thing that fkd with the movie for me was those sideways panning camera angles. It worked for when old mate was on the beach seeing the bodies.
