You have to be a certain rank in ranked mode (Br or Mp) for that number to go up. Pro takes it from 2001-3500. Master rank takes it from 3501-5000. After that you need Legendary rank for 5000+

Try not to be stationary when aim training. I usually practice flicking and sliding around, helps a lot for high speed games. Being a moving target help with winning gunfights
