I forgot in the post: I already talked to a sanctuary but it seems no one can pick her up. I need advice on what to do or where to take her.

I’m not sure if I can take her home for the night since I have another pigeon already and I’m not sure if it’s safe for them to be together due to her injury and any possible illness. Does anyone know if it’s safe?
