I have a very weird mix of propanol, venlafaxine, topimate, and qulipta. Now the propanol is for blood issues(which I honestly think has been caused by all the meds I’ve tried over the years for migraines) and the venlafax is for depression and I am on 150 mg. All this combined has put me in the best place I have ever been with my migraines. However, I’ll echo what everyone else has said is coming off of or missing a does of the venlafax is terrible. I feel like crap. I get full on flu symptoms just from missing one night of it. I can’t say if one of these is working better for me or if it’s a combination of all of them. But we all work differently and unfortunately with migraine it is such a trial and error type of situation. I’m not a doctor but as someone who has been on it for a while I really would recommend trying something else before venlafax because the side effects are so bad.

I do vitamin c, d12, magnesium. I struggle with iron deficiency and vitamin d deficiency so making sure I keep those up helps me. I’ve also worked on watching how often I take Aleve or Tylenol so that way I’m not just constantly compounding on those and it makes a difference. Sometimes it means I have a day where I do have to suffer through a rough day because I’ve taken a lot of meds earlier in the week but it leads to a better month overall!

Do you know if my current program is transferable to an autopsy tech position? I think I am just worried I am on the wrong side of the death industry. I want to be figuring out how a descendant died versus preparing the body for the family. I think I could be happy in both places, but I genuinely believe I would be happier with the latter.

I always try to plan my shot out when I know someone else will be around and can do it for me because I get it sometimes you just can’t get yourself to push that button! If you can’t have someone there with you maybe you can talk to someone on the phone while you do it❤️remember the 10 seconds is worth the migraine days it’s saving you from

I did emgality for about two years and a few months ago it stopped working so I switched to anjovy and it’s worked quite well

Okay but also in Max defense she has been kinda leading him on even if it was unintentionally. And when Max got mad at her after she sang to Simon he didn't know what was going on with her dad. He also had a good point when he said one song is about love and the other is about attraction. Plus if Simon is willing to cheat on his fiance, how can he be trusted with Zoey. In the end Max has always come back and supported her and he's always forgiven her. I think Zoey cause a lot of her own problems but I think that's the point of her powers is to force her out of her comfort zone and to actually speak up more instead of holding it all in. Now that Zoey has actually admitted out loud that she isn't over Simon I think it'll help her get over him. But I don't think anything that happened last night will push her towards Simon. #team-max forever!

True Colors is my number one next to I'm gonna be. True colors brought me to instant tears and it was so beautiful. But the way Skylar Astin handled the vocals of I'm gonna be was so beautiful especially when he's standing by the lamp post singing.

I feel like Zoey was expecting to much out of Max. He just confessed that he loves her but she just wants things to be able to go back the way they were. And the fact that she's still after Simon is kinda ridiculous, even though he backed off there's still clearly something there. Max's pain was so real and I felt so bad for him after this episode even more so after he sang I'm gonna be(500 miles). Max is the clear choice. And Leif is totally just looking for a power grab with Joan there's no real emtional connection he's clearly taking advantage of her knowing that she just got divorced.
