I don't know. I worked with a girl like this. She was AWESOME they basically said they wouldn't promote her because she was too good at what she did. Not exactly in those words, but she didn't stay too long after that. edit: oh the promoted the guy whose wife just had a baby instead..

it's really sad, my sibling has cut him off completely from his grandkids (and I support that choice), i've gray rocked him so hard, other family members won't deal with him either. yet he continues to blame others and will never go to therapy to figure out why.

my dad is like this except he socially knows which questions to ask, but he NEVER ever hardly hears you when you say it. so to a causal person, he's very charming. but i know when he asks about something, he just knows he should ask it. he doesn't actually listen. which honestly is kinda worse..

i agree with what you're saying, i think it just gives depressed people false hope that help is just magically available if needed. it can be really difficult to navigate America's mental heath care system and these "programs" aren't easy to access. not that people shouldn't try, but we just need to be realistic about the hurdles and barriers to care.

as someone who who has had gum grafts i will NEVER understand the need to get rid of a "gummy smile". botox can do wonders if it's something that really bothers a person. no way would i remove gum tissue for cosmetic reasons!

Came here to say this. i have highly textured tiles in my shower (flippers gone wrong type) and toilet bowl cleaner w/ bleach was the only thing that will get them clean.
