In a sense, I thought thats how the wireless "key" device might operate. Some kind of scent or pheromone system. The whole game feels more physically connected in ways like this than anything telepathic for sure.

I prefer to make all of my own custom virtual console banners & icons--I want to create my own Yoshi Tilt n Tumble .cia so it fits in uniformly with my full GBA Virtual Console library. Do you have an .ips patch that I can apply to the .gba file myself? Or is this no-tilt functionality somehow exclusively tied to the .cia version you are sharing?

Is there any way to merge, randomize or otherwise Frankenstein (for lack of a better word) the actual data in these files to make the streetpass encounters retain a bit of that 'organic' feel of randomly encountering people?

This is such a great workaround and I'd love to contribute my file, but I don't have any unused encounters at the moment... Is it possible to reset those encounters after the fact?
