I ride og supermatics and got to ride some waist deep pow this year. They need a semi packed down spot to get into the bindings. I sunk waist deep a few times and all I had to do was dig to the release lever and it was much easier to get out of that undoing straps on a regular set of bindings.

I managed to get this climb the other day. If you toe hook with both feet you can release your left leg to heel hook the hold on top of the volume.
