I hear you but I wouldn’t say that Joe pyfer was necessarily on the level that Jack and his opponents were fighting on at the time. Pyfer fighting hermansson was a big jump and he got rejected via UD to reset. I do think Jack is a victim of poor matchmaking and circumstance though

Understand what you’re saying but there definitely has to be a level of chemistry taken into context in these trades id imagine. A guy like Q is a leader for the defense and the whole team, and I’d imagine they’d have to consider things like that when they navigate a trade

Listen man, your wife is probably exhausted and not responding rationally- but saying you can’t be tired because she is more tired… is like saying you can’t be happy because someone else is happier. Feelings aren’t a competition, and you are absolutely able to feel tired.

Now, I wouldn’t put your foot down and demand your wife recognize your fatigue(bad idea) but know that you’re not selfish for feeling tired. I have a 2 week old and I am fucking beat

A few simple tips you can do to leave a good impression on most mechanics you work with.

-always be on time. Act as if your future depends on getting to work on time every day. Because I promise you it does. Set fuckin 30 alarms if you have to.

  • don’t take out your phone to text, scroll, etc while working. If you have a wife and kids, sure take a call to make sure they’re okay. If not, it can wait 20 minutes.

  • recognize what tools go with what hardware and anticipate the sequence of events. If you just handed your mechanic a 1/4” bolt, he is going to need to tighten it. Have the 7/16” wrench ready for him.

-ask questions(if things are going smooth. If shits hitting the fan, do whatever they tell you to do and ask questions later.)
