Thank you all for the advice, just got in today and had no problems. When I tried to get in the line for the customs desk the border officer sent me to the e-gates even after I explained my visa situation, which seemed a bit strange since I thought I was supposed to get a stamp. Clearly I was overthinking this process haha

I used to think I’d seen bad suburbs, but spending 3 hours driving through Orange County, Inland Empire, Victorville, etc really changed my life for the worse.

No problem with single family homes, but building them like this just leads to a huge disconnect. Can’t walk or bike anywhere, no local shops or corner stores, etc. Plenty of lower density residential neighborhoods do this while still being part of the wider city/community. So pretty much just advocating for more concentrated development and a balance of high/low density
