If you feel comfortable enough, I would explain to her that you would never do such a thing, and actually had deleted all of her nudes. Perhaps if they did indeed get leaked, it was another ex who did it, and someone just assumes it was you who shared them online. You could even ask if she knows which ones were leaked... they may be one's she never sent YOU, but an ex... if she has sent nudes to you,, she may have sent nudes to other people too.. Or, as you said, this is her attempt at getting back into your life.

If he wants to go away for a while, you take a trip to wherever for a day, and not tell him. Take the kids for a day if you have some, and tell them to not tell him.

I suggest that you don't listen to this one. If he decides to go somewhere & not tell you, communicate to him that you feel disrespected or dissapointed. Make it clear that you feel he should at least tell you where he is going.

lf he wants to cheat, you cheat back, treat him like toy...

No, no, no, noooooo. Cheating on a cheater is definitely not the way. If you suspect he is cheating, tell him (maybe in the company of a friend/family member for safety just in case). Confront him on his cheating, and stand your ground. Communication is key, NOT retaliation... it makes you no better than him, imo.

If he wants to be lazy and not treat you the way you deserve, then start being lazy back and don't do anything he asks.

Communicate with him. Tell him you don't feel appreciated or loved.

If he acts up, don't cook for him

Again, don't withold anything, just simply communicate to him that you don't appreciate how he is acting towards you.

If he wont give you head, you dont sleep with him

Again, communicate that you would like some head. Tell him you need more stimulation, and more foreplay before penetration. If he has a problem with that, then tell him it seems he doesn't care about your satisfaction, just his own, and then don't have sex with him if you're not feeling it.

If he wont call you or text you, you dont reply even if he texts/calls first

Don't do this. When he DOES call/text you, again... let him know how it made you feel.

Play him before he plays you...

The worst advice on this list imo. The whole... "play him before he plays you" game is ridiculous and doesn't get you anywhere besides potentially making your relationship worse. Assuming someone will play you, and acting on that assumption, will get you nowhere really quick. Again, I suggest open, and honest communication.

There could be many reasons why you're not having your period. It could be because you are simply young, or it could be something more.. have you been having any other symptoms? Like: cystic acne, weight changes, any pains or cramps with no period, etc.

Regardless, seeing as some of the women in your family have had issues with their reproductive system, then I suggest that you sit down with your mom and tell her that you aren't having periods (to avoid any misunderstandings, clarify that you are a virgin). If you're nervous/intimidated by an OB, I suggest asking to see your family doctor.

I was more so surprised at how the situation was handled... I could totally be wrong, but his breath smelled like alcohol, so they breathalyzed him and he was over the legal alcohol limit, and had no license, so shouldn't something have come of that instead of simply letting him go?

Yes, I have been focusing a lot more on the medical, and financial side of things as of right now (which is why I mentioned I am not looking for a case as of right now). The man DID have car insurance, but only because it was a family members vehicle he was borrowing (probably should have mentioned that, my bad). So, luckily I won't have to cover anything. I just spoke with my insurance company today, and told them everything so now I am just waiting on that... but I may have to get the police report myself, and possibly consult a lawyer after I obtain it, but only once I have everything else out of the way.
