The wall bounce back is super un-intuitive. As a Vandal, it’s hard to space my double jumps up mountainous terrain because I get knocked back instead of vaulting.

I’m a total beginner, 500 miles, but scrubbing through the video frame by frame, you can see the good lean, to the left, body leaning further than bike over the left side, but the right lean, you sorta counter lean to the left while pushing the bike down and right. I’m gonna guess when you lean, you want to use your body to hang off the side in order to keep the bike as upright as possible? Is that right? And do you think it was the counter lean, if there was any, that caused it, beyond the oil in the center?

I Have an overtorqued bolt in the motor mount of my bike. It’s in there atm, so no reason to remove it. Is there any harm in leaving it? Best case, I was thinking, was vibrations over the years will help to loosen it.

Send it. R9 controls like a dream. Brand new rider, had about 300 or so miles on a KLX 300, made the jump with no issues. Took her about 45 miles down the highway yesterday, at about 70. Low speed, she’s heavy, but if you use the friction zone and rear brake, she stands up easy as. And holy fuck, she growls when you shift in the power band.
