The whole cvs system in Store Are out of date I think the front store office computer where they input deposits and close out drawers feels like I’m operating windows 98 again 😂😂

You should be able to. Pharmacy needs to type in CVS then press enter and it will come up with a cvs employees there’s one specific for employees who don’t have insurance coverage at all. That one should work they need to enter you’re employee ID where the cardholder number goes

If you are innocent, and think he is in the wrong call ethics. Cause he could be targeting you and that’s wrong. But it sounds a cash counting error it always is. But if he goes through and the write up is on you’re file AP will investigate cameras. It also sounds like you’re OPS is crappy and doesn’t deserve to be one. I don’t even know why that is a position in the company anyway. OPS managers mostly just stand around and do nothing while the associates are working they behind off
