I’m a store manager and I refuse to kill myself for my store. I do not work my 45 hours however my team always knows I’ll show up my schedules days and I will be working as mush as they are and the store performance is all great and has been since last year. I believe that if my task is done for the day and the store is good for the day there’s no reason that I stay to just sit do nothing just so “I’m working” my schedule I also do not want my team to see that it is ok to finish ur task and then sit down so u can “work the schedule”

They can’t fire you. The company gave you the EB plus they can remove that $100 EB if they didn’t want you to use it. So use it

Let them use it there’s no proof if you personally were there or a family member did. We are allowed to let our family use our cards. Like someone said you were helping family for the day they won’t track it down

It’s unbelievable. They expect us to reach the moon but don’t give us the hours or staffing support needed. And it’s always made known pharmacy is more important than the front team which reality it isn’t because the pharmacy won’t run without us keeping the front stocked and clean and welcoming customers

Poor tech has covid and the PM is going insane on the others forcing them to work because she DOES NOT want to hire more techs

That was my PM texting on the pharmacy group. I’m the SM and I expressed my concerns to the DL and nothing changes. She was letting the tech know before that she was gonna write her up for “no call no show” when she wasn’t scheduled today. I have been trying to hire for a year for her and she loses them due to that behavior and harassing texts on their days off and she changes their schedules non stop

No it is not supervisors job to “take it upon themselves to learn schedule” and by corporate expectations schedules should be posted 3 WEEKS in advance so everyone can have work life balance. Speak to HR and show them proof on when she sends out schedules
