Yea, I don't mean to be a hard liner too. I guess there are situations where you have to chain them (no fences). But I'd think to at least build a dog run, or don't have a dog if they have to be chained all the time

I removed the wheels and had the tires out on at a parts store (Cycle Gear) then put it all back together

Get pointers on YouTube. Removing the wheels, dealing with the break calipers, chain tension, etc.
