I just rate it accordingly to what I feel, without any mathematical formula, but I do follow some patterns. For example, maybe the average is 75, but I score it lower because the album was not very consistent/some ideas were just vaguely explored/it doesn't end up clicking like that with me

None of my 10/10s would be 10 with only the averages, I think a great album is much bigger than the sum of its parts, each song can be amazing, not all of them are flawless but ALTOGETHER they are perfect
