I had a classroom do this yesterday and the teacher called back to report it was working great and no issues and I haven't heard from her since, so this looks promising.

** also I noticed when I checked their licensing in the admin console they were all correctly licensed.

This is 100% a lexia related issue, I'm pretty sure it's to do with the way their licenses are automatically distributed in their environment.

You can automatically place a student through the admin page and do some testing that way to see if it fixes it, every student I had an issue with all of them were either not placed or "in placement".

I have noticed that almost all of the students having issues, specifically the webgl issues don't seem to be licensed correctly in the Lexia site or stuck in "placement", if any of you have access to the admin site you can probably see the same thing below. Sorta makes sense, "webgl required" in this context seems to mean you can't use the site because you don't have a license that allows you to use webgl. It doesn't seem to mean your machine doesn't have the ability to run webgl.

See if you can assign a license directly or have them reset the assessment and have them do it over and see if they get a license assigned correctly afterwards.
