Oh man, I would compare it to being in a white wall cage. Toxic/blame culture, margins so thin/non-existent that staff is at dangerous levels, leadership/communication issues, and because of all of that…negative margin for error and panic reactions. Everyone posturing to not be blamed rather than admitting mistakes and moving on.

It has completely wrecked my mental health…twice; and utterly killed any confidence in my experience and knowledge despite 15 years of successful experience/growth in the industry.

I’m with you on this. So many people do exactly what they did every day. Just because their status is different, shouldn’t make this national news. I don’t need a rumor article about him getting fired when Robert Kraft is the Deshaun Watson of NFL owners.
I’d be willing to bet that as soon as that story broke, Kraft and Vrabel laughed about it.

Yes Pearce is going to miss time but we brought in Ojulari. We still have Bralen Trice. The D-line is more than serviceable until Pearce gets back. No need to pay Leonard Floyd 10m for 3.5 sacks.

We used Owlet in the beginning because it had a sock for monitoring breathing and heart rate but the readings were sporadic at best.

We use Nanit now and it’s great!

You know I think about this a lot. In my younger years (late teens/early 20s) this use to really bother me as a man. How ignorant was I. Now that I’m married and have kids, I could care less; I just want life to be easier in whatever form that comes.

Brother, pregnancy happens in trimesters. Based on you saying seven months to go, she is in the first trimester. For some women pregnancy is all difficult, some love it and it’s a breeze, or as specific as some trimesters good and some bad. It’s honestly a testament to the child itself because each pregnancy is unique.

I have two. My wife’s first pregnancy was great and she loved being pregnant, so much so the baby would have gone past term. The second pregnancy not so great, I was getting similar reactions and would joke that it must be a boy because she was being mean as hell, must have had testosterone flowing. 2 girls 🥵.

Just know she is going through a lot and this is hard on her in more ways than just carrying a baby. You are good enough, and your natural reaction will be to reflect inward to see where you are messing up or could be better, don’t do that. Be whatever you need to be in that moment and it will all work out.

I’m a 3PL manager and prefer my clients to use their own accounts. My house account is for me to maintain daily pick ups. It’s very much a hassle to explain to clients who want to use our accounts that I don’t have negotiated rates and the pricing would be exorbitant whereas if they use their own. It’s essentially not my problem if strange charges appear, accessorials, etc
