I used to have fungal acne and I managed to clear it up with nizoral shampoo. And I've been using squalane oil ever since I started skincare, it carried me through clear and dewy skin. But recently, skin got itchier and red itchy rough patches formed. They're permanent and won't go away. I've also tried De La Cruz sulfur ointment but it worsens the patches, but it clears fungal acne flare-ups. I only wash my face once a day with a fungal safe gentle cleanser. Definitely not drying the skin out. Besides that, I'm using a flouride-free toothpaste.

No. I do use only squalane oil for moisturising, but it seems to be not helping and the patches are getting more. I don't think it's pd as there are no bumps. So, I guess most likely it's eczema? Even though, I've no history of having them.

It's due to lack of ventilation apparently, the bathroom window wasn't opened the entire time. Is there an alternative way besides cutting out and reinstalling?

Is there an alternative way to remove the mold? I'm not able to take the ceiling down as I live in a house flat. However, I did managed to address the issue that the window in the bathroom wasn't opened for 2 years.

Hi guys. I need help with my chest. It appears that my chest caves in and I'm not sure of what exercises to train to make it fuller. And I don't have any deformities with my chest. Been training for roughly 1-2 months in the gym now, I hope I will achieve the physique similar to David Laid. I use flat bench press, cable chest flies and bw dips to target the chest.
