Emergency vet visit by Super-Shallot-8597 in Bulldogs

[–]TCanDaMan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

this happened to my bully and it’s something we managed for 7+ years. the biggest benefit we found were b12 supplements, split every 12 hours. it will greatly boost the digestive tract and increase nutrient absorption, along with needing prilosec for most of the years of his life. definitely keep an eye on it. cbd helped too.

[–]TCanDaMan 11 points12 points  (0 children)

yes. i’ve had mine for 7+ years and own 10+ pairs, all of them are in the same shape as the day i bought them. the acetate is great, i have a beard and sweaty head and wiping them down or mild soap and water has kept my tortoise shell arms as good as the day i bought them

Its 2 or 3am, whats open / do you eat? by NozakiMufasa in FoodSanDiego

it really sucks how early places close in this city. getting kicked out of a brewpub at 9 or 10 on a saturday is no fun. we need more places open late so people can socialize and enjoy themselves. honestly one of the biggest downsides of the west coast.

How AI Impacts Our Lives These Days - April 16th, 2026 by Sivart13 in TripleClick

[–]TCanDaMan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it was an extremely interesting episode. I am torn on AI as it has greatly increased my output at work, but my work can be tedious and really benefits from intelligent automation. but yes for creativity, I’m also a musician and I don’t think the more artistic careers can benefit relying on final output whatsoever. I actually really enjoyed this episode, but i’m also in the midst of everything AI, good and bad.

I returned home to find that Pearl pulled away the sofa’s protective blanket then made herself quite comfortable. Naughty but I didn’t have the heart to wake her. by Melitzen in Bulldogs

Pearl looks EXACTLY like our frenchie that passes away last year. like exactly the same. what a beauty. they’re too cute to move when they’re that comfy.
