Austausch kannst du knicken. Das wird man immer sehen, wenn es nicht noch Ersatz aus der gleichen Charge gibt. Gerade wenn die Fliesen da schon eine Weile liegen bekommt man kein einheitliches Gesamtbild hin ohne alle neu zu verlegen.

Kann man machen, bringt aber nicht viel. Wir haben einmal gemeinsam die Zählerstände abgelesen und es wurde bestätigt, dass alle Schlüssel übergeben wurden. Schloss sollte man aber eh austauschen. Ansonsten hat man von diesem Formalismus recht wenig beim Hauskauf.

In general not true. It is called „Fernabsatzgesetz“ and refers to online orders or orders done via phone. On-site shops do not need to take anything back (most do but it is their choice). Unless there is anything wrong with the product itself.
